Human Dynein heavy chain 17, axonemal (DNAH17) ELISA Kit

Specificity covers both natural and recombinant human DNAH17, with reactivity restricted to human samples.

The assay delivers a detection range of 0.312–20 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.12 ng/mL. Precision is reported as an intra-assay CV of 4.6% and an inter-assay CV of 9.6%. Recovery averaged 109% in serum (range 103–115%) and 111% in plasma (range 105–117%). Linearity was assessed at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma matrices.

DNAH17 is a force-generating component of respiratory cilia with ATPase activity that produces force toward the minus ends of microtubules; it is involved in sperm motility and flagellar assembly, and its dysregulation has been linked to primary ciliary dyskinesia.
