Human Dual specificity protein phosphatase 2 (DUSP2) ELISA Kit

Also known by the synonyms Dual specificity protein phosphatase PAC-1 and PAC1, DUSP2 regulates mitogenic signal transduction by dephosphorylating both Thr and Tyr residues on MAP kinases ERK1 and ERK2, and its dysregulation has been associated with cancer, inflammatory disorders, and immune-related conditions.

Validated for use with human samples including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, the assay recognises both natural and recombinant human DUSP2. The target protein is localised to the nucleus and has a reported molecular weight of 34,400 Da (UniProt Q05923, NCBI Gene ID 1844). Performance is quoted as a detection range of 78-5000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 42.4pg/mL.
