Human Dual specificity mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase 6 (MAP2K6) ELISA Kit

It targets Dual specificity mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase 6 (MAP2K6), an essential component of the p38 MAPK signal transduction pathway, and is validated for human reactivity with sample types including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL, a sensitivity of 0.092 ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 7.6% and an inter-assay CV of 9.7%. Recovery has been demonstrated in serum (average 102%, range 96–108%) and plasma (average 104%, range 98–110%). Linearity across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions has been reported for serum (86–96%, 114–124%, 111–119%, 94–104%), EDTA plasma (86–96%, 94–102%, 91–91%, 92–101%) and heparin plasma (105–105%, 94–103%, 92–100%, 106–116%).
