Human DTX1/Deltex1 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit (Double Antibody format) is intended for the quantitative measurement of Human DTX1 (Deltex1) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Detection is colorimetric, using a biotin-labeled secondary antibody, HRP-Streptavidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm after addition of stop solution. The published workflow runs through reagent and plate preparation, sample and standard loading with primary incubation at 37°C, biotinylated detection antibody binding, SABC binding, color development in the dark, and final absorbance reading.

Dilutional linearity across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions was 82–95% / 87–105% / 84–95% for serum (n = 5), 99–104% / 86–98% / 85–101% for EDTA plasma (n = 5), and 95–101% / 83–98% / 83–99% for heparin plasma (n = 5). Spike-and-recovery averages were 90% for serum (range 85–105%), 99% for EDTA plasma (range 86–104%), and 96% for heparin plasma (range 87–104%). Storage is at 2–8°C for 12 months. Deltex1 is described as a regulator of the Notch signaling pathway with roles in cell proliferation, differentiation, and immune response, and its dysregulation has been implicated in cancer, autoimmune disorders, and developmental abnormalities.
