Human DSG3/Desmoglein-3 ELISA Kit

A sandwich (double antibody) ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of human Desmoglein-3 (DSG3) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay has a reported sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and a measurable range of 31.25-2000 pg/mL, with absorbance read at 450 nm following TMB substrate development.

Validated for use with human samples and intended for research purposes only. The kit is shipped on ice packs and components are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months. It includes a Bradford Reagent for optional total protein quantification to support sample normalization, together with biotinylated detection antibody and HRP-streptavidin reagents for the sandwich workflow.

Desmoglein 3 plays a role in cell-cell adhesion within epithelial tissues, and its dysregulation is associated with autoimmune disorders such as pemphigus vulgaris, making this kit relevant to research in cell biology and epithelial biology.
