Human DRAM1 ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of human DNA damage-regulated autophagy modulator protein 1 (DRAM1) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The double-antibody sandwich format uses colorimetric detection and is reactive with human samples.

The workflow proceeds with a 90-minute primary incubation at 37°C, followed by a 60-minute incubation with biotin-labeled detection antibody, a 30-minute incubation with HRP-Streptavidin conjugate, color development with TMB substrate in the dark for 10-20 minutes, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm after stop solution is added.

Validated linearity across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma (n=5) at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions spans 80-105%. Reported average recovery is 95% for serum (range 87-101%), 95% for EDTA plasma (range 87-104%), and 98% for heparin plasma (range 93-104%). DRAM1 is described as a key regulator of autophagy and apoptosis processes in cells, with dysregulation implicated in cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. The kit is positioned within the cell death research area, and reagents are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
