Human DR-70TM ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit (double antibody) is designed for the precise measurement of DR-70 levels in human samples. DR-70 is a biomarker associated with various cancer types, including lung, breast, and colorectal cancer, and elevated levels have been linked to tumor growth and progression, making it a useful marker for monitoring cancer development and treatment response in research applications.

The assay uses a colorimetric detection method with a reported sensitivity of 0.094 ug/mL and a working range of 0.156-10 ug/mL. It is suitable for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, and components are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

Linearity and recovery have been characterised. In serum (n=5), linearity was 85-104% at 1:2, 85-103% at 1:4, and 88-100% at 1:8, with recovery of 88-105% (average 96%). In EDTA plasma (n=5), linearity was 82-99% at 1:2, 85-101% at 1:4, and 85-92% at 1:8, with recovery of 85-104% (average 93%). In heparin plasma (n=5), linearity was 81-93% at 1:2, 80-100% at 1:4, and 83-99% at 1:8, with recovery of 85-102% (average 95%).
