Human DPPII/QPP/DPP7 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS0507)

DPP7 (also known as DPPII or QPP) is a prolyl-specific serine peptidase residing in lysosomes and the cytosol that liberates Xaa-Pro dipeptides from substrate N-termini. It participates in intracellular protein turnover, antigen processing, and the catabolism of proline-rich collagen fragments, and altered DPP7 activity has been reported in several tumor cell lines and immune cell populations. Unlike DPP-IV (CD26), the well-characterized pharmaceutical drug target, DPP7 is being explored as a candidate biomarker in oncology, immunology, and metabolic disorder research.

The PharmaGenie immunoassay from Assay Genie is configured for quantitative measurement of human DPP7 in research samples, using a chromogenic readout on a pre-coated strip plate.
