The Human DNER PharmaGenie ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of Delta/Notch-like EGF repeat-containing transmembrane protein (DNER), a single-pass type I transmembrane activator of Notch signalling that is highly expressed on Purkinje neurons and other cell populations. DNER is studied in the context of neuron-glia communication, Bergmann glia differentiation, and central nervous system development.
