Human DNAJC27 ELISA Kit

The double-antibody, colorimetric assay accepts a broad range of sample types including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Linearity has been validated across dilutions (1:2, 1:4, 1:8) in serum (94–105%, 92–101%, 85–98%), EDTA plasma (95–99%, 83–94%, 83–100%), and heparin plasma (81–98%, 81–99%, 80–97%). Average recovery values are 95% for serum, 94% for EDTA plasma, and 97% for heparin plasma.

DNAJC27 is a protein involved in cellular protein folding and quality control, contributing to the maintenance of cellular homeostasis. Its dysregulation has been linked to neurodegenerative disorders and metabolic syndromes, making it a candidate biomarker for disease progression and therapeutic development.
