Human DNA primase large subunit (PRIM2) ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie designed for quantitative detection of the human DNA primase large subunit (PRIM2) protein. The assay is reactive with human samples, including serum and plasma, as well as tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids, and shows specificity for natural and recombinant human DNA primase large subunit.

The kit uses a colorimetric detection method with a reported detection range of 0.156-10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.087 ng/mL. Reported precision values include an intra-assay CV of 6.6% and an inter-assay CV of 7.9%. Linearity has been evaluated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16, while recovery ranges from 83–95% in serum and 85–97% in plasma.
