Human DNA nucleotidylexotransferase (DNTT) ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of human DNA nucleotidylexotransferase (DNTT), also known as terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase (TdT) — a template-independent DNA polymerase involved in DNA synthesis and repair, whose dysregulation has been linked to leukemia, lymphoma and autoimmune disorders. The kit uses a colorimetric detection method and is validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids, with reactivity confirmed for human samples.

Performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL, a sensitivity of 0.089ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 3.5% and an inter-assay CV of 7.4%. The assay is specific for natural and recombinant human DNA nucleotidylexotransferase, targets the nuclear-localised enzyme (UniProt P04053) and is for research use only.
