Human DNA damage-regulated autophagy modulator protein 1 (DRAM1) ELISA Kit

This colorimetric Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative detection of human DNA damage-regulated autophagy modulator protein 1 (DRAM1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids. It is intended for research use only.

DRAM1 is a lysosomal membrane protein that modulates autophagy and plays a central role in p53/TP53-mediated apoptosis. Dysregulation of this protein has been implicated in cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and cardiovascular diseases, making it a valuable target for investigations into disease pathogenesis and potential therapeutic interventions within the cancer research field.

The assay has a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.082 ng/mL, with an intra-assay CV of 5.5% and inter-assay CV of 7.4%. Linearity has been validated across serum (88–112%), EDTA plasma (88–113%), and heparin plasma (80–115%) at multiple dilutions, while recovery ranges from 88–100% in serum and 90–102% in plasma. The kit demonstrates specificity for natural and recombinant human DRAM1.
