Assay Genie's DMP1 ELISA targets Dentin Matrix Protein 1, a phosphoprotein secreted by osteocytes and odontoblasts that regulates bone and dentin mineralization while contributing to systemic phosphate homeostasis. Investigators apply the kit to studies of osteoporosis, X-linked hypophosphatemia, dentinogenesis imperfecta, and the emerging role of DMP1 in bone-metastatic tumor microenvironments. The microplate-format reagents are validated for in vitro research use with human samples, and cell culture supernatant, plasma-derived, and serum-derived matrices are all accepted.
