Human DLG4/PSD95 ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's DLG4 (PSD95) ELISA Kit is a sandwich ELISA using the double-antibody method for the in vitro quantitative determination of human DLG4 concentrations in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. Reactivity is listed as human, and the kit is supplied as 96 Assays. The assay has a stated sensitivity of 0.188 ng/ml and a working range of 0.313–20 ng/ml.

Spike-and-recovery data for serum (n=5) gave a recovery range of 86–105% (average 99%), EDTA plasma (n=5) 86–99% (average 94%) and UFH plasma (n=5) 90–104% (average 96%). Linearity of diluted spiked samples was reported as 85–101% (serum, 1:2), 92–100% (1:4) and 85–101% (1:8); EDTA plasma 82–95% / 87–99% / 82–95%; and UFH plasma 80–100% / 85–98% / 84–95%. Precision was given as intra-assay CV < 8% and inter-assay CV < 10%.

Components include an 8×12-strip dismountable ELISA microplate, a lyophilized standard, 20 ml sample/standard dilution buffer, 120 µl biotin-labeled antibody (concentrated), 10 ml antibody dilution buffer, 120 µl HRP-streptavidin conjugate (SABC), 10 ml SABC dilution buffer, 10 ml TMB substrate, 10 ml stop solution, 30 ml 25× wash buffer and 5 plate sealers; the standard is stored at 4 °C/−20 °C and the other components at 4 °C, with light-protected items specified for the biotin-labeled antibody, SABC and TMB substrate. The kit is for research use only and is stored at 4 °C for 6 months.
