The Assay Genie Human Dkk-3 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit supports quantitative measurement of Dickkopf-3 (Dkk-3), a secreted modulator of the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway that is actively studied as a circulating biomarker in renal injury, heart failure, and several solid-tumor settings. Researchers working in tumor biology, nephrology, or cardiac biomarker development use the kit to quantify Dkk-3 in human plasma, in human serum, and in conditioned medium from cultured cells.

Each kit ships in a 96-assay microplate configuration with the capture antibody, detection antibody, recombinant standard, and substrate reagents required to build a standard curve and interpolate unknown sample concentrations. The workflow uses matched antibody pairs: Dkk-3 present in the loaded sample is captured onto pre-coated wells, recognized by a biotinylated detection reagent, and developed with an enzyme-conjugated streptavidin-HRP readout. Signal is captured as absorbance on a standard plate reader, allowing direct integration into existing plate-based pipelines.

PharmaGenie kits from Assay Genie are intended for research use only and fit cleanly into biomarker discovery, target validation, and translational research projects. The kit's human-specific reactivity makes it a practical choice for comparing Dkk-3 levels across patient cohorts, monitoring Dkk-3 release from cultured cell lines, or profiling Dkk-3 alongside other secreted proteins in a multiplexed panel. Standard laboratory equipment — a plate reader, multi-channel pipettes, and wash buffer — is all that is required to run the assay, with each kit sized for one full 96-assay plate.
