Human Dkk-1 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS0497)

Dkk-1 (Dickkopf-related protein 1) is a secreted regulator of Wnt/β-catenin signaling and is widely investigated as a biomarker in bone metabolism, oncology, and multiple myeloma research. This Assay Genie human Dkk-1 immunoassay is built around a microplate format and is supplied as a pack containing enough reagents for 96 individual determinations, allowing quantitative measurement of native Dkk-1 across cell culture supernatant and blood-derived sample matrices.

The assay uses a matched antibody pair coated on the plate to capture Dkk-1, with detection achieved through an enzyme-conjugated secondary antibody and a substrate producing an absorbance signal proportional to antigen concentration. A standard curve generated from serial dilutions of the supplied recombinant Dkk-1 reference is used to interpolate sample values.
