Human Disintegrin and metalloproteinase domain-containing protein 8 (ADAM8) ELISA Kit

The assay has a detection range of 78-5000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 39pg/mL. Intra-assay CV is reported at 3.9% and inter-assay CV at 9.7%. Linearity across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions ranged from 81-90% to 111-121% in serum, from 102-110% to 103-115% in EDTA plasma, and from 106-115% to 89-102% in heparin plasma. Recovery averaged 95% in serum (range 89-101%) and 97% in plasma (range 91-103%).

ADAM8 is a single-pass type I membrane protein (UniProt P78325, 80,262 Da) with possible involvement in the extravasation of leukocytes, and is relevant to cancer research. For research use only.
