Human Discs, Large Homolog 3 (DLG3) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie DLG3 ELISA Kit is configured as a sandwich immunoassay on a 96-well microplate and is intended for research use only, in vitro quantification of human Discs Large Homolog 3 (also called SAP102, a membrane-associated guanylate kinase scaffolding protein concentrated at excitatory postsynaptic densities). The kit employs a human-specific capture antibody and supports neuroscience and neurodevelopmental disorder research, including investigations of X-linked intellectual disability linked to loss-of-function mutations in the Xq13.1 gene locus. Reconstituted reagents should be kept refrigerated and protected from light until use; the capture antibody is pre-coated on a strip-well plate, and standards, detection antibody, and TMB substrate are provided in individual vials. Compatible sample matrices include tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids from human origin, allowing researchers to profile SAP102 expression across postmortem brain tissue, iPSC-derived neurons, and other cultured neuronal models.
