Human Disabled homolog 2 (DAB2) ELISA Kit

A colorimetric sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of human Disabled homolog 2 (DAB2) in research samples. DAB2, also known as Disabled-2, is an adaptor protein that functions in clathrin-mediated endocytosis and several receptor-mediated signaling pathways; its dysregulation has been linked to cancer, cardiovascular disorders, and metabolic syndromes. The kit is reactive with human samples and has been validated for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants, and other biological fluids, detecting both natural and recombinant human Disabled homolog 2 (UniProt P98082).

According to the manufacturer's specifications, the assay has a detection range of 0.312–20 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.178 ng/mL. Reported precision is an intra-assay CV of 4.9% and an inter-assay CV of 8.4%. Linearity has been assessed in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma. Recovery averages 95% for serum (range 89–101%) and 97% for plasma (range 91–103%). For research use only.
