Human Dipeptidyl peptidase 4 (DPP4) ELISA Kit

According to the manufacturer's specifications, the kit has a detection range of 62.5-4000 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 30.5 ng/mL, with an intra-assay CV of 5.9% and an inter-assay CV of 8.4%. Linearity has been demonstrated in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16, and recovery averages 103% (range 97-109%) for serum and 105% (range 99-111%) for plasma. Accepted specimens include serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids.
