Human Dipeptidyl peptidase 3 (DPP3) ELISA Kit

A sandwich-format ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the accurate and sensitive detection of human Dipeptidyl peptidase 3 (DPP3). The kit is suitable for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids, and uses a colorimetric detection method. It specifically recognises natural and recombinant human Dipeptidyl peptidase 3.

DPP3 is an enzyme that plays a role in physiological processes including immune response and inflammation, and abnormal DPP3 levels have been associated with sepsis, heart failure, and acute kidney injury, making it a biomarker of research interest. Reported performance includes a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL, a sensitivity of 0.095 ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 5.8%, and an inter-assay CV of 10.8%. Recovery is reported at 94% (range 88–100%) for serum and 96% (range 90–102%) for plasma. The kit is for research use only.
