Human Dipeptidyl peptidase 2 (DPP7) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is intended for the measurement of human Dipeptidyl peptidase 2 (DPP7). The assay is reactive with human samples and detects both natural and recombinant DPP7 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, using a colorimetric detection method.

Performance characteristics include a detection range of 78-5000 pg/mL, a sensitivity of 34 pg/mL, an intra-assay CV of 4.9% and an inter-assay CV of 7.3%. Linearity was assessed in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at dilution ratios of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16. Average recovery was 93% (range 87-99%) for serum and 95% (range 89-101%) for plasma. DPP7 (UniProt Q9UHL4) is a serine peptidase localised to lysosomes, cytoplasmic vesicles and secreted compartments, and plays an important role in the degradation of some oligopeptides.
