Human Dipeptidase 3 (DPEP3) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie DPEP3 immunoassay targets human Dipeptidase 3, a membrane-bound metallopeptidase that hydrolyzes dipeptide substrates and contributes to glutathione and cysteinyl-glycine metabolism. The kit enables quantitative measurement across tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and diverse biospecimen matrices. Each kit contains a pre-coated microplate, detection antibody, recombinant standards, and reagents sufficient for 96 determinations, with a recommended sample volume of 100 µL per well. Unopened kits are stored refrigerated until first use, with working dilutions aliquoted and held frozen to limit freeze-thaw cycles. The assay is intended for research use only.
