Human Dipeptidase 1 (DPEP1) ELISA Kit

A colorimetric ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative detection of Dipeptidase-1 (DPEP1) in human serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Dipeptidase-1 is an enzyme involved in the metabolism of peptides and plays a part in various physiological processes. Dysregulation of Dipeptidase-1 has been linked to conditions such as kidney disorders, inflammatory diseases, and cancer, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and developing potential therapeutic interventions.

The kit reports a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.078ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is 5.5% and inter-assay CV is 10.3%. Linearity in serum (N=5) ranges from 106-118% at 1:2 dilution to 86-95% at 1:16 dilution, while EDTA plasma ranges from 110-120% to 112-122% across the same dilutions. Recovery averages 100% (range 94-106%) for serum and 102% (range 96-108%) for plasma. The assay is specific for natural and recombinant human Dipeptidase 1 and is intended for research use only, with particular relevance to cancer research.
