Human DIO3/Deiodinase, Iodothyronine, Type III ELISA Kit

Linearity ranged from 89-105% in serum at a 1:2 dilution, 88-99% at 1:4 and 88-101% at 1:8, with comparable performance reported in EDTA and heparin plasma. Recovery averaged 97% in serum, 95% in EDTA plasma, and 93% in heparin plasma. The procedure involves a 90-minute primary incubation at 37°C, biotin-labeled detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin incubation for 30 minutes, TMB substrate development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm.
