Human Dickkopf Related Protein 1 (DKK1) ELISA Kit

DKK1 (Dickkopf-1) is a secreted glycoprotein of approximately 36 kDa that acts as a potent antagonist of the canonical Wnt/β-catenin pathway by binding the LRP5/6 co-receptor complex on target cells.
