Human Diablo Homolog (DIABLO) ELISA Kit

DIABLO (also known as Smac) is a 27 kDa mitochondrial protein released into the cytosol during programmed cell death, where it neutralizes inhibitors of apoptosis proteins (IAPs) by binding their baculoviral IAP repeat domains. This kit from Assay Genie uses a quantitative immunoassay in a 96-assay microplate format to measure DIABLO levels in human tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and related samples. Each kit contains the pre-coated microplate, capture antibody, detection reagents, standards, and substrate solutions needed for the assay.
