Human DHEA/Dehydroepiandrosterone ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this competitive double-antibody ELISA Kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) in serum, plasma and other biological fluids, and is supplied for research use only. The microtiter plate is pre-coated with the analyte, which competes with sample or standard analyte for binding sites on a biotinylated detection antibody; bound conjugate is detected using an HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) working solution and TMB substrate, with absorbance measured spectrophotometrically at 450 nm.

The assay is reactive on a universal basis and operates with a measurement range of 0.156-10ng/ml and a sensitivity of < 0.094ng/ml. The kit is shipped on ice packs and should be stored at 2-8°C for 6 months, with the expiry date printed on the kit label.
