Human Desmoplakin ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of human desmoplakin (DSP) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The double-antibody sandwich format uses colorimetric detection, with a reported sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a measuring range of 0.313-20 ng/mL.

Desmoplakin is described as a key protein involved in cell–cell adhesion, particularly in the maintenance of the structure and function of epithelial tissues, supporting research applications in cell biology, skin disorders, and autoimmune diseases. Linearity and recovery data are provided for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma across serial dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8.
