Human Desmoglein-3 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS0515)

Desmoglein-3 (Dsg3) is a calcium-binding transmembrane glycoprotein of the cadherin family that sits within desmosomes, the intercellular junctions holding keratinocytes together in skin and mucosal epithelium. Circulating IgG autoantibodies against Dsg3 are the defining serological feature of pemphigus vulgaris, a serious autoimmune blistering disease, which makes accurate quantification of Dsg3 useful in dermatology, immunology, and epithelial biology studies.

This ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is configured for quantitative measurement of native human Desmoglein-3 in cell culture supernatants, plasma samples, and serum samples.
