Human Desmin ELISA Kit

The assay protocol follows a standard sandwich ELISA workflow, beginning with reagent equilibration and a 90-minute primary incubation at 37°C, followed by biotin-labeled detection antibody binding, HRP-streptavidin incubation, TMB color development in the dark, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm after stop solution addition.
