Human Dermatopontin/TRAMP PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS0495)

Assay Genie's Human Dermatopontin/TRAMP ELISA Kit is a sandwich-based colorimetric immunoassay for the quantitative measurement of Dermatopontin (Tyrosine-rich acidic matrix protein, TRAMP) in human samples. The kit targets the DPT gene product (UniProt Q07507) and is intended for use with serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants.

Detection is performed by a quantitative sandwich ELISA with a reported working range of 0.43 ng/ml to 100 ng/ml and a sensitivity of 0.43 ng/ml, per the manufacturer's specifications. For storage, the entire kit may be kept at -20 °C for up to one year from the date of shipment; it may alternatively be stored at 4 °C for up to six months, or at -80 °C for extended storage, with repeated freeze-thaw cycles to be avoided.
