Human Dentin sialophosphoprotein (DSPP) ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative detection of human Dentin sialophosphoprotein (DSPP), a multifunctional protein associated with dentin formation and mineralization. The assay is reactive with human specimens only and is specific for natural and recombinant human DSPP.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL, a sensitivity of 0.098ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 5.9%, and an inter-assay CV of 8.3%. The assay has been validated in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma, with linearity assessed at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16. Average recovery is 96% (range 90-102%) in serum and 98% (range 92-104%) in plasma. Validated sample types include serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids.
