Human Delta-like protein 4 (DLL4) ELISA Kit

This Assay Genie Sandwich ELISA is designed for the quantitative measurement of human Delta-like protein 4 (DLL4) using a colorimetric detection method. The assay is reactive with human samples, including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, and shows specificity for natural and recombinant human DLL4.

Reported performance includes a detection range of 0.156-10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.086 ng/mL. Precision values are 5.1% intra-assay CV and 9.8% inter-assay CV. Linearity has been demonstrated across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16, with serum showing 92-101% to 97-106%, EDTA plasma 99-112% to 103-113%, and heparin plasma 107-117% to 96-107%. Recovery averages 100% (range 94-106%) in serum and 102% (range 96-108%) in plasma. The kit is supplied for research use only and supports studies in cancer, angiogenesis and vascular biology; it maps to UniProt Q9NR61.
