Human Delta-like protein 1/DLL1 ELISA Kit

Assay Genie offers a Sandwich ELISA kit designed for the quantitative detection of human Delta-like protein 1 (DLL1). The assay uses a colorimetric, double-antibody sandwich format and is reactive with human serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Performance specifications include a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and a working range of 31.25–2000 pg/mL. Reported linearity across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions is 95–105% for serum, 82–99% for EDTA plasma, and 82–100% for heparin plasma. Recovery ranges are 85–104% for serum (average 95%), 87–104% for EDTA plasma (average 99%), and 86–98% for heparin plasma (average 93%). Reagents should be stored at 2–8°C and remain stable for up to 12 months.

DLL1 is a key protein in the Notch signaling pathway with roles in cell differentiation and development, and its dysregulation has been implicated in cancer, inflammatory disorders, and developmental abnormalities, making it a useful biomarker for related research.
