Human Death Inducer Obliterator 1 (DIDO1) ELISA Kit

The DIDO locus produces multiple splice isoforms, with the full-length DIDO3 variant implicated in histone mRNA 3'-end processing, chromatin remodeling, DNA replication fidelity, and the regulation of programmed cell death. Aberrant DIDO expression has been described in myeloid malignancies, lending relevance to quantitative protein profiling in hematology and stem-cell research workflows.

Each kit provides a pre-coated 96-assay plate along with matched capture and detection antibodies, standards, and reagents for an HRP-based colorimetric readout. The workflow uses a paired-antibody format in which bound analyte is proportional to absorbance measured at an appropriate wavelength, allowing researchers to interpolate unknown sample concentrations from a generated standard curve.
