Human Death Associated Protein Kinase 1 (DAPK1) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie DAPK1 ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of Death-Associated Protein Kinase 1, a 160 kDa calcium/calmodulin-dependent serine/threonine kinase central to programmed cell death pathways, in human research samples. The microplate-based immunoassay uses a human-specific capture antibody and supports in vitro apoptosis and autophagy investigations.

Each kit provides a pre-coated well plate, lyophilized recombinant standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, TMB substrate, and stop solution sufficient for approximately 40 duplicate sample determinations. Reagents should be refrigerated at 2-8 degrees C, and reconstituted standards should be aliquoted and stored frozen at -20 degrees C to limit freeze-thaw degradation. The assay is intended for research use only and not for clinical diagnostic procedures.
