This Assay Genie ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of Discoidin, CUB and LCCL Domain Containing 2 (DCBLD2), a type I transmembrane glycoprotein also known as ESDN or CLCP1. DCBLD2 modulates EGFR signaling as a feedback regulator and contributes to vascular smooth muscle cell remodeling, cell adhesion, and tumor invasion pathways in lung adenocarcinoma and glioblastoma models.
