Human DBP/DNA Binding Protein ELISA Kit

Reported recovery in spiked samples is 93–98% for serum (average 95%), 96–102% for EDTA plasma (average 100%), and 88–103% for heparin plasma (average 96%). The workflow equilibrates reagents and TMB substrate to room temperature, loads standards and samples on the pre-coated plate for primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, adds a biotin-labelled detection antibody for 60 minutes, binds HRP-streptavidin for 30 minutes, develops colour with TMB substrate in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and measures absorbance at 450 nm immediately after adding stop solution.
