Death-Associated Protein Kinase 1 (DAPK1) is a calcium/calmodulin-dependent serine/threonine kinase best known for driving programmed cell death, activating autophagy through Beclin-1 phosphorylation, and acting as a tumor suppressor across many tissue types. This quantitative enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay from Assay Genie is configured to detect endogenous human DAPK1 protein in prepared serum and EDTA plasma specimens supplied by the user. The 96-test kit is supplied with a pre-coated microwell plate, biotinylated detection antibody, calibrated reference standard, wash buffer, and TMB substrate, and is intended for research use only in laboratory settings.
