The Human DAN PharmaGenie ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of DAN (also known as NBL1 or DAND1), a secreted BMP antagonist implicated in neuroblastoma differentiation, bone formation, and developmental BMP signaling. The assay supports in vitro research into tumor suppressor biology, skeletal morphogenesis, and growth factor regulation, and is supplied as a complete kit with pre-coated microplate wells, lyophilized recombinant standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP, wash buffer, substrate, and stop solution. Unopened components should be refrigerated; reconstituted standards should be aliquoted and stored frozen to limit freeze-thaw degradation of the recombinant protein.
