Human DAG1/Dystroglycan ELISA Kit

Linearity has been validated in serum (86-96% at 1:2 dilution, n=5), EDTA plasma (82-97%, n=5), and heparin plasma (85-95%, n=5), with recovery ranges of 90-102% (average 96%), 85-100% (average 95%), and 93-105% (average 100%) respectively.
