Human D-amino-acid oxidase/DAO ELISA Kit

A high-quality sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative detection of human D-amino-acid oxidase (DAO). The kit uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric readout, with absorbance measured at 450 nm after TMB substrate development, and is reactive with human samples including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples.

Sensitivity is reported at 0.469 ng/mL with a working range of 0.781–50 ng/mL, and the kit is stored at 2–8 °C with a 12-month shelf life. Target synonyms include DAO, DAAO and DAMOX (UniProt P14920), and validation data covering linearity and recovery are provided for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across serial dilutions.
