Human D-amino Acid Oxidase Activator (DAOA) ELISA Kit

A quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie, the Human D-amino Acid Oxidase Activator (DAOA) ELISA Kit measures DAOA protein concentrations in human-derived samples. DAOA, also called G72, is a primate-specific activator of D-amino acid oxidase with established roles in D-serine metabolism and glutamatergic signaling, making the protein a target of interest in schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and NMDA receptor pathway research.

The kit is configured for 96 assays and uses a colorimetric readout. Validated sample matrices include tissue homogenates and cell lysates, supporting applications in cell biology, neuroscience tissue analysis, and clinical research sample characterization. Each pack contains the microplate, reagents, and buffers needed to run the full plate.
