Human Cytosolic beta-glucosidase (GBA3) ELISA Kit

The assay is validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, and recognises natural and recombinant human Cytosolic beta-glucosidase.

Performance specifications reported in the product datasheet include a detection range of 0.156-10 ng/mL, a sensitivity of 0.1 ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 5.2% and an inter-assay CV of 8.3%. Spike-and-recovery is documented at an average of 101% (range 95-107%) for serum and 103% (range 97-109%) for plasma.
