Human Cytokeratin 6a/KRT6A ELISA Kit

Linearity has been demonstrated for serum (86-102% at 1:2, 84-99% at 1:4, 80-100% at 1:8), EDTA plasma (99-105%, 87-99%, 83-99%) and heparin plasma (87-105%, 83-98%, 83-97%), while recovery averages 98% in serum, 98% in EDTA plasma and 94% in heparin plasma.
