Manufactured by Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit enables colorimetric detection of human Cytochrome P450 3A4 (CYP3A4), a key enzyme in drug and xenobiotic metabolism. The kit is reactive with human samples and accepts serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, with specificity for natural and recombinant human CYP3A4.

Quantitative performance features a detection range of 78-5000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 34pg/mL, with intra-assay precision of 5.1% (intra CV) and inter-assay precision of 6.9% (inter CV). Spiking recovery averages 90% in serum (range 84-96%) and 92% in plasma (range 86-98%).
