Human Cytochrome P450 1B1 (CYP1B1) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's Human Cytochrome P450 1B1 (CYP1B1) ELISA Kit is a competitive immunoassay designed for the quantitative measurement of CYP1B1 in human samples. CYP1B1 is a cytochrome P450 monooxygenase involved in the metabolism of various endogenous substrates, including fatty acids and steroid hormones, and its dysregulation has been linked to diseases such as cancer.

The kit is validated for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, with human reactivity. Manufacturer specifications indicate a detection range of 0.78-50ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.407ng/mL. Reported precision figures are 7.8% intra-assay CV and 8.9% inter-assay CV. Linearity was assessed by serial dilution in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma.
