Human Cytochrome c oxidase subunit 4 isoform 1, mitochondrial (COX4I1) ELISA Kit

Designed for the quantitative measurement of human Cytochrome c oxidase subunit 4 isoform 1, mitochondrial (COX4I1), this Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie provides accurate detection of both natural and recombinant human COX4I1. The kit offers a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.065 ng/mL, and is validated for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.

Assay precision is supported by an intra-assay CV of 6.1% and an inter-assay CV of 8.3%. Linearity has been demonstrated across serial dilutions in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma. Recovery averages 88% for serum (range 82–94%) and 90% for plasma (range 84–96%). The target protein (UniProt P13073) is a nuclear-encoded subunit of cytochrome c oxidase located on the mitochondrial inner membrane.
